This bracelet crafted out of the finest of silver pulses and vibrates as if
it's just barely able to contain the strong magic held within. The detail
and workmanship is of the finest quality and it is very likely this piece
is of elven design. All around the outer surface has been etched runes of
knowledge and wisdom, each of which glows in a different color. An item
