Item description:

This thick iron collar was taken off a jaguar.  The collar is
high-backed--that is, it is higher in the back than in the front.  The back
curves up, then forward. Although, with a cat's head being flat and its eyes
far back on its head, this collar would hamper its eyesight and neck
movement, but since you're an upright walking humanoid, the collar gives you
no such limitations.
