Item description:

This whip is animated with five hissing snakeheads attached to a handle
constructed of adamantine. Each snakehead features two fangs, which could
inflict deadly poison when lashed on a victim. Typical to elven adamantine,
the handle is enchanted with magic which emits a warmth glow. Despite
being formed by the toughest metal, The handle is flexible, yielding to the
wielder's hand and providing an attachment to fasten it around the waist
when not used.
