Item description:

A highly polished steel collar measuring three inches in height and hinged
in the middle to allow it to be fixed around the wearer's neck. The edges
of the collar are turned over in a soft curve and the inside is lined with
leather padding for increased comfort. Set all the way around the outside
are large angular gemstones, most of which are diamonds but a few colourful
stones have been added to further enhance the design. This affords extra
protection for the wearer in the event of an attempted strangle attack as
the sharp multi-faceted gemstones would cause the attacker substantial
injury to the hands.
