Item description:

Grasping the back of the shield you see some writing enscribed upon the
shadowy substance.  There is a story which describes how this shield came to
be, once being used for evil then being turned into use in the naga combine.
The rest of the story was destroyed when stolen by the evil servant and
hidden away in the shadows forever.  The shield is rather large and keeps
your defenses high, but allows you to maneuver rather well.  The darkness
illuminates as you grasp the shield, preparing yourself for battle.
