Item description:

This ornate rod is generally used as a symbol of office. It was forged
from adamantium. The metal is dense, brittle and dark gray in
appearance. It has been set with a white soulstone.  The soulstone
looks like a small gemstone, cut into a many-faceted sphere. It has
been inlaid with riftstone. This stone is deep blue, with foggy depths
shot through with sparkling facets.
