Item description:

This is a paper tube containing a bullet and a pre-measured amount of
propellant.  It is intended to facilitate the rapid reload of muzzleloading
firearms.  The bullet is at one end, and the primer rests within a chamber
at the other end where the paper has been twisted to separate it from the
propellant between the bullet and primer.  The primer can be easily torn
off and used without disturbing the propellant.
