Item description:

A bronze disc, about six inches wide, bears a bias-relief image of a serpent,
coiled around with its tail at the outside of the disc and its head at the
center.  The head faces outward and is shaped like a cobra's -- flared hood
and open mouth with sharp fangs.  The other side of the disc is blank.  A
bronze chain allows one to fasten the disc around one's neck.
