A starcatcher bottle is full of clear sparkling liquid.


Item description:

It's a small bottle made of dark, nearly opaque glass.  The surface is
carved with unusually deep runes in a continuous, looping runeword
that forms an ancient magical seal. There are also smaller runes near
the throat that appear to be some sort of control on the main seal.
