When targeting someone else:
    Self:    You grab Sonja's shoulders and shake her while yelling in her face.
    Others:  Conan screams, 'ARGHH!' in Sonja's face while shaking her violently.
    Target:  Conan grabs your shoulders and shakes you violently, screaming, 'ARGHH!'

When targeting someone else who isn't there:
    Self:    ARGH!  And to top it all off they're not even here!!!

When targeting an object:
    Self:    You wring your hands around a mud school diploma in frustration.
    Others:  Conan wrings his hands around a mud school diploma in frustration.
