When targeting yourself:

    Others:  Conan throws his hands in the air and exclaims, "I could code better than this!"

When targeting someone else:
    Self:    You pass an encrypted note to Sonja.
    Others:  Conan passes a note to Sonja.
    Target:  Conan passes an encrypted note to you.

When targeting someone else who isn't there:
