    Others:  Conan screams, 'RAA!'

When targeting yourself:
    Self:    RAA! There has to be someone to share this knowledge with!
    Others:  Conan runs around in circles muttering 'raa raa raa'.

When targeting someone else:
    Self:    You give Sonja a damn good raaing.
    Others:  You see Conan scream into Sonja's ear....it sounded like 'RAA!'
    Target:  Conan runs up and screams, 'RAA' in your ear.

When targeting someone else who isn't there:
    Self:    RAA, they're not here!

When targeting an object:
    Self:    You grab a mud school diploma, thrust it into the air and shout, 'RAA!'
    Others:  Conan grabs a mud school diploma, thrusts it into the air and shouts, 'RAA!'
