    Others:  Conan does his funky raindance on Sonja's recall.
    Target:  Conan does a little dance, then points at you!

When targeting someone else who isn't there:
    Self:    Maybe they don't want to be rained on?

When targeting an object:
    Self:    You use a mud school diploma in an attempt to channel the elements!
    Others:  Conan holds a mud school diploma to the sky and shouts, 'Rain!  I command you to RAIN!'
