    Others:  Conan throws something onto the ground, and vanishes in a puff of smoke.

When targeting yourself:
    Self:    Your smoke bomb lands at your feet and bursts.  You are blinded by the smoke!
    Others:  Conan drops something, and is blinded by a sudden puff of smoke.

When targeting someone else:
    Self:    You throw a smoke bomb at Sonja's feet and take your leave while she is distracted.
    Others:  Sonja is enveloped in a sudden puff of smoke, and Conan slips away in the ensuing chaos.
    Target:  Conan throws something at your feet and you are blinded by a sudden puff of smoke!

When targeting someone else who isn't there:
    Self:    They are much more trained in the arts of ninjitsu.

When targeting an object:
    Self:    You throw a mud school diploma onto the ground and it explodes in a puff of smoke.
    Others:  Conan throws a mud school diploma onto the ground and slips away as smoke fills the room.
