I came to this plane, enchanted world
I took from it what I liked
I studied, wandered, killed and cried
Made MUD love and left in the night
I've come back to see this world
But it's changed for me
The names have changed, I'm all alone
And I've lost the skills to see
Though my poet's hand shakes with every note
I'll try and sing for thee
For Caliban, Denton, and sweet Jessie
And all that I forgot
I'll keep a candle burnin' for ye
