This year's event was full of contests, nightmarish creatures, and a special
halloween area that's only open once a year! The Witch Verda made an appearance,
and vampires, werewolves, and ghosts all came out in force. The various towns
all set up the traditional pumpkin cannons, ran costume contests, and players
competed against each other in arenas for prizes. The end of the event was
marked by the opening of a brand new area on the island of Archais.

Thursday, Oct 31, 2013 - Schedule of Events
On the morning of Thursday, October 31st a dark swirling mist appeared out of nowhere.
Out of this mist came kender vampires, werewolves and ghosts! Each carried a prize,
encouraging players to hunt them down.
In other parts of the world a witch named Verda had suddenly appeared as well, giving out a party favor called the Egg-O-Matic 1031. When used on another player, would shoot an egg leaving that person with egg upon their face, as long as you didn't miss or it backfired. There was much egging this day.
The Pumpkin Cannons also officially opened this day outside most of the major towns.
Shortly after the appearance of the dark creatures, the first pk-battle (called a Havoc) was run in the 'Starry Sky' arena, with a level cap of 19. The winner was Monique:
The second Havoc of the day was run in the 'King of the Castle' arena with a level cap of 25, and was won by the player Cackle:
The third Havoc of the day was run in the 'Super Small' arena with a level cap of 30, and was won by the player Libby:
The final Havoc of the day was run in the 'King of the Castle' arena, and was open to all levels. It was won by the player Storm:

Friday, Nov 01, 2013 - Schedule of Events
On Friday the fun from the previous day continued, with wave after wave of vampires, werewolves
and ghosts were running about. Verda the witch continued to hand out her egg-o-matics
and the cannons were sending pumpkins flying in all directions.
The first Havoc of the day was run in the 'King of the Castle' arena, and was open to all levels. It was won by the player Takeo:
All were enjoying themselves when the call to arms went out from the town crier that the City of Elborat was under attack. The attacker was a gigantic Frankenstein creature, and eventually the defenders were victorious and the creature was laid to rest. This was the first sighting, but not the last - many more places were to see these beasts in the following days.
The second Havoc of the day was run in the 'King of the Castle' arena, and was limited to level 18 contestants and below. It was won by the player Valentine:
Not soon after the Zankous Castle reopened, which was a level 30 to 32 group area with a quest to stop the demon Zankous from releasing a host of demons upon the world.
The third Havoc of the day was run in the 'Cyclotron' arena, and was limited to level 29 contestants and below. It was won by the player Werner:

On Sunday people continued to explore the castle, attempt to beat the cannon
distance records, kill ghosts, werewolves, vampires, save various cities from
the giant frankensteins, and of course chasing down their friends with egg-o-matics.
In the afternoon, the brand new Thieves Den area created by Inessa was released and opened for exploration. This was a level 20 to 25 area with quests that involved several other areas including Gad's Landing and village of Seaside.
